I have studied art since I was a small girl. I've been drawing on napkins and tables and paper and anything I can get my hands on since I can remember. It's my joy to share beauty and wonder with the world.

I love people. I am grateful, ever so grateful, to be surrounded by brilliant, beautiful, kind, and generous souls. I don't think I can even come close to expressing how full of love my life is. And so many different kinds of love.

It is my great honour to capture moments and memories for these people. I delight in the smiles. In the twinkly eyes. In the hands that are held and the kisses that are shared. The lives that they invite me into leave me changed.

So shoot me an email.
I can document moments in your life for you.
Or I can paint you something fun.

Or, I can just be your friend.

Some folk have asked "Why Journey Tree Studio?" (my business name)

Well. I've always loved trees. As a little girl they were my playground. As a teenager, they were my shelter to sit beneath and read and discover new worlds. As a young adult, I go to them to think and pray and meet with God. As a momma, I share in the wonder of life beneath their branches. As a wife, I kiss my love under the canopy of their leaves and smile.

So imagine a big, beautiful, aged tree (my favorites are the big, old wild oaks) and see the many lines that are etched in it's beautiful, wise trunk. There you have your own journey tree. A tree with a story. Imagine what the tree has witnessed in it's journey through life.
